CALL CENTER AGENT - CUSTOMER SERVICE

In collaboration with a dynamic, qualified and respectful team, you will ensure rapid and efficient processing of customer requests.

As part of your duties you will be called upon to:
  • Offer a professional, polite and courteous service to customers;
  • Respond adequately to customer questions on the various products offered or on the status of their file;
  • Follow the established file processing procedure;
  • Respect company policies and procedures;
  • Open and follow up on files;
  • Inform the President-Director of any problem, issue or special case.

Skills sought:
  • Be meticulous and rigorous in the processing of information;
  • Be able to work on the computer and use web applications or software;
  • Be comfortable on the phone;
  • Be able to work in a team and have a professional attitude.


Requirements:
  • Secondary 5 School Diploma;
  • Be bilingual and be fluent in oral and written French and English;
  • 7 to 11 months of experience related to the job.

Asset :
  • Maintain a keyboard typing speed of approximately 40 wpm.

Salary offered:
  • Salary starting at $ 18.00 per hour + weekend bonus if applicable.

Number of hours per week:
  • 40 hours per week;
  • Flexible hours available.
